Funding Criteria

Are you a fit? The partners of Unventures will be working with you every day. We therefore only take on a very limited number of projects in fields where we have direct experience.

If your If your startup fits the following profile, you may be a great match for what Unventures has to offer:

  • Capital requirements of $2 million or less to reach cash flow positive.
  • Expected to scale to at least $10M in revenues.
  • Projected to generate high profit margins at scale.
  • Based in the US or Canada.
  • Have not already raised outside capital (excluding non-dilutive grants).
  • Focus in any of the following sectors:
    • Agtech
    • Telecom & network communications
    • Advanced chemistry, including batteries
    • New materials
    • Electric vehicles and transportation
    • Test & measurement tools
    • Industrial products
